We are pleased to reiterate our continued commitment to the European telecoms market by announcing that you will be able to find Fujikura products and solutions at Anga Com 2026 thanks to a fresh, collaborative approach with our trusted partners. For this year’s event which runs from the 19th – 21st May, we are working closely with Connect Com and Opternus to ensure Fujikura optical networking technologies are accessible to visitors in a variety of ways. Visitors to this years event will be able to find Fujikura at the Connect Com and Opternus stands in hall 8.
At the Opternus stand, attendees can experience live demonstrations of market-leading Fujikura fusion splicers, and gain insight into why they are so widely commended for their consistency, reliability, and efficiency. These hands-on sessions will provide installers and engineers with the chance to see how Fujikura solutions support faster, more consistent fibre builds.
At the Connect Com stand, staff will be available to explain how Fujikura SpiderWeb Ribbon® is the perfect technology to supercharge the transition from legacy copper infrastructure to modern fibre networks.
Manuel Brunner, Optical Technologies Director for Europe at Fujikura Europe said, “Our collaboration with Opternus and Connect Com at this year’s Anga Com enables us to demonstrate how faster, smarter network deployments create real value for customers across Germany and Europe.”
Connect Com’s Head of Marketing, Lars Braach commented, “The collaboration between Connect Com and Fujikura demonstrates how SpiderWeb Ribbon® is redefining network densification: maximum fibre capacity with minimal space requirements – delivered as a seamless end-to-end solution from one source. Together, Connect Com and Fujikura combine their expertise to create high-performance SpiderWeb Ribbon® fibre optic networks. Cutting edge technology meets practical system expertise which enables efficient, sustainable, and future-proof network infrastructures.”
Börje Kraft, marketing and E-commerce lead at Opternus said, “Opternus and Fujikura’s partnership at Anga Com 2026 means hands-on fibre technology, direct manufacturer expertise, and practical support in one place. At our booth, visitors will be able to test splicing technology, join a splicing competition and compete for a daily prize. We will also show solutions for hollow core fibre splicing and discuss where this technology can make a real difference in future networks and data centres.”
Anga Com 2026 is expected to attract thousands of network operators, vendors and industry professionals, all focused on the rapid expansion of gigabit connectivity. With demand for high-speed broadband continuing to grow, solutions that can reduce deployment time and cost, such as Fujikura ribbon technology, remain a key priority across the sector.
