The service lab at our European HQ in Chessington, UK, is staffed by a team of specialist engineers who receive regular training at our offices in Japan. There’s no one better qualified to look after your splicer than us.

Service Plan and Service Plan + cover the cost of your splicer’s annual service, including labour and any parts. Our service plans also apply to any repairs your splicer might need – so if your splicer gets damaged, you can send it back to us for repair without having to worry about the cost.
All service and repair work is carried out by our factory-trained engineers at our European service centre in Chessington, UK, using specifically tailored tools and factory parts.
