The Fujikura European Engineer Centre (EEC) in Brescia, Italy, delivers pre- and post-sales fibre laser support. The EEC’s laser laboratory is at the heart of our comprehensive support provision and enables us to deliver a range of services including demo tests, laser-matter interaction analysis and LIBS spectroscopy.
Our pre-sale process is designed to support customers with the right product for their application. It includes discussion of use case, indication of goals and parameters and includes a feasibility analysis, followed by detailed reports on the outcome of tests. We will also ensure process optimisation for laser applications including welding, cutting, marking and surface cleaning.
Our post-sale support includes training and guidance on how to integrate our lasers into existing systems. We are also available to tackle any troubleshooting and help fine tune the laser’s operation.
