WE ARE DELIGHTED that for the third consecutive year, Fujikura Europe has been rated Silver by EcoVadis, putting us in the top 25% of companies in our industry in terms of overall sustainability reporting with EcoVadis.
Since joining EcoVadis in 2018, we have consistently integrated sustainability reporting into our business operations. As a global company, it is of utmost importance to us that our environmental, social, and governance objectives are met and surpassed. Specific initiatives, such as reducing our carbon footprint through energy-efficient practices and promoting fair labour standards across our supply chain, have been integral to this achievement.

EcoVadis is a sustainability assessment platform which allows an organisation to evaluate and understand its supply chain sustainability. EcoVadis medals recognise companies that have completed the EcoVadis assessment process and demonstrated a relatively strong management system that addresses sustainability criteria, as outlined in the EcoVadis methodology. An EcoVadis medal is a standardized and credible way to signal transparency and long-term sustainability to stakeholders like investors, partners, and customers.
