Utilising Micro Electronic Mechanical System (MEMS) process and assembly technology, Fujikura’s pressure sensors support various supply voltages, enable multiple types of output signal and all perform to a high level of accuracy and reliability.

Our sensing element components are the most widely used of our portfolio due to their low-cost and ease of implementation. Our integrated sensor devices however, offer a fully calibrated solution courtesy of applying an on-chip thin film laser trimming process capable of achieving +/-5% sensor accuracy. Completing the pressure sensor line-up is our next generation ASIC sensor which boasts accuracy of +/-1.5% or better due to the presence of embedded DSP technology. Our recently released AT7 relative pressure sensor is tiny, reaching a footprint formerly only found among absolute pressure sensors. This development enables significant space saving for pneumatic, automotive, and medical applications. As well as standard sensors, we of course offer customised solutions to suit specific requirements.
